Ok don’t all yell at me at once.   I know this has absolutely nothing to do with Apple or Mac but I just had to post this.

I was out doing some shopping with Kristi at our local Tesco and there in the Fairgreen Shopping Centre was the most fantastic pop culture art I have seen in quite some time.

While getting some milk and bread I came face to face with a Terminator and a Preditor.   Wow.   This blew me away.   The level of detail that the artist had put into this work was nothing short of amazing.

Each piece is made from metal parts that you would find around any motor or cycle shop.   I have put in two pictures that I took with Kristi’s camera phone (any of you who listened to last weeks MacCraic will know my phone is 5 years old, so no camera there).

The artist did not have a name on the sculptures but did have an advertisement that said the pieces could be rented for parties and special events.   Cool, guess what I want for Christmas this year?

I hope you find them as cool as I did.

Ok so there is a slight bit of Mac involved here.   To get the photos off Kristi’s phone I used the built in bluetooth function in the MacBook Pro and paired the phone then extracted the photos from it into iPhoto where I did a little enhancing before exporting them to here.  Couldn’t have done it without the bluetooth as we do not have a data cable for the device.   Go Apple.

By the way check your feeds for a new episode on Saturday.   MacCraic Episode 7 should be a good one.

I'll be backYou're on ugly...
